Shipping and Returns
We take care to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and hope there is no need for a return. If needed, however, here is our policy:

- Returns / notifications of problems must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Refund will be made (less any shipping costs) in the same form as payment.
- Return costs will be at the customer’s expense – except in the case of merchant error.
- Baked goods are not returnable, except in the case of merchant error.
- Items returned must be unopened and in new condition.
- To return unwanted items:
- Make and keep a copy of the invoice.
